Vacation hours 2024 - 2025

Our live chat service will operate as follows during the December/January period:

9 am to 4 pm - Monday 9 December to Friday 20 December

Our ChatBot will be handling queries from Monday 23 December to Friday 3 January, as well as Monday 27 January (all tickets will be responded to when staff return)

9 am to 4 pm - Monday 6 January to Friday 31 January
