Question:
I've received an overdue notice, but I have returned my books already - what do I do?

You probably returned your items after the due date, and after the notice was mailed out to you.

If you received a Student Overdue Notice, and your items have been returned, then you can ignore the notice.

If you received a Student Final Notice, and have returned the items, you should contact the library to ensure you do not receive a fine. The library phone number is on the notice.

If you received a Breach of Student Discipline Notice your TAFE results will be withheld until you have returned the items and paid the penalty fees.

Please contact the library you borrowed from to arrange payment.
