Is your Mac connected to the TAFE NSW Wi-Fi? Check this by doing a search on the device's browser. If it is not connected, forget the network and reconnect to the TAFE NSW Wi-Fi.

Does your Mac have the latest OS updates installed?

Restarting the Mac may resolve printing issues.

Printing a PDF version of the document may help. MS Word can save documents as a PDF file.

Your Mac may autofill the username/password field when the document is printing. Right mouse click on the "Hold for authentication" pop up box and enter your TAFE NSW email address and password.
