My TAFE NSW account is locked, what do I do?
- If your account is locked, you can wait 15 minutes or complete a self-service account unlock by following the instructions in the Student self-service: Account unlock guide. Remember, this only works in a browser, not on a TAFE device login screen.
- Accounts can lock for many reasons, including your mobile phone or another device trying to login with an old password.
- To reduce this risk, when you change your password, update it on your phone, laptop, and other devices using TAFE Wi-Fi or Office365 apps.
- Always log out of TAFE class/library computers.
- Check the Wi-Fi Support Library Guide. to forget the TAFE Wi-Fi on your devices and reconnect to Wi-Fi.
