I have forgotten the device I use for my Multifactor Authentication (MFA)
- If you have forgotten your Multifactor Authentication device i.e. mobile phone, you can use a One-Time Passcode to get into your account. If you can access your recovery email (usually a personal email like Gmail) through an incognito browser, you can follow the instructions for a one-time passcode.
- If you can’t access your recovery email, please contact the Student Technology Service Desk on 131 601 > Option 2 > Option 2.
