If your downloaded standard is not opening and displays the message, “This page is protected…,”  
This is because you are opening the standard within the web browser. Do not open the document directly from the “Downloads dialog box”, as browsers are unable to display the content.

To access, please follow these instructions:
1. Ensure that you have installed one of the supported PDF readers - Adobe Acrobat, or PDF-XChange.
2.  Go to the Downloads folder on your local drive in your computer.
3. Open the standard using one of the supported PDF readers.

Students can download supported PDF readers for their device via the following sites: (sourced from i2i SAI Global site)

• PDF -Xchange can be downloaded for free here – https://pdf-xchange.eu/DL/pdf-xchange-editor.htm
