If you don't remember your username or password, call 131 601 and select option 2, then sub option 1 (password and login assistance).
Alternatively, contact your nearest TAFE NSW Library or Administration Office. You may be asked to show your ID and answer some questions to confirm your identity and current enrolment status.
Password reset by Customer Service and Library staff is only temporary. Log in to the Student Portal to change it. You may also be prompted to change your temporary password when accessing student computers on your campus.
